About Veronica

Veronica was born and raised in California, from Humboldt to Huntington to Tahoe, she bleeds West Coast. She is a wealth of useless and random information, mostly gained by watching documentaries and reading biographies. She loves 90s Music, Art, true crime *which her kids call “mom’s murder stories” and hates goats (LOATHES!!). Growing up listening to iconic stations like KROQ & KNAC in So Cal, radio became a lifelong obsession. In the early 2000s, she moved to the Tahoe Basin and got her first shot at radio. She started working in promotions, but after never shutting up, her boss decided she’d be best on-air and the rest is history. The mom of three boys (and Grandma Birdie to one beautiful granddaughter), she has heard, said and smelled it all.

When not at the station you can find her at the lake, traveling to the ocean or bundled up by the fire.
